Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of techniques such as deep tissue, myofasial, trigger point, reflexology, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. Each massage varies in application of techniques, styles, and concentration, based on your individual needs, the practioner selected and the length of session.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
CranioSacral (SM)
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, migraines, TMJ and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Clients remain fully clothed during this session.
Electrology
Electrology is the practice of electrical hair removal to permanently remove hair from the body with a hair-thin, solid metal probe into each hair follicle.
Back Facial
A relaxing back facial includes deep exfoliation, massage, extractions and a pore purifying clay mask. Great to deep clean this hard-to-reach area of the body!
Classic Facial
This service includes cleansing of the skin, toning, exfoliation, (extractions upon request), relaxing facial massage, masque and moisturizer with sunscreen.
Enzyme Facial
This service with natural enzymes encourage exfoliating properties, increase cell turnover rate and promote healthy production of collagen and elastin, reducing fine lines and acne scars.
Express Facial
This service includes hot towels, cleansing of the skin, toning, exfoliation and moisturizer.
Microdermabrasion
This service is a procedure that exfoliates and removes the superficial layer of dry, dead skin cells. With regular treatments it helps with fine lines, uneven pigmentation, clogged pores and improves texture of the skin.
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Classic Pedicure
Classic pedicures include a warm water foot soak, clipping of the nails, shaping of the nails, cuticle detail, exfoliating scrub, foot file to help reduce calluses, a short foot and calf massage and nail polish ( if desired)
Spa Pedicure
Spa pedicure includes all the classic features plus an added mask and hot towels or a paraffin treatment.
Classic Manicure
A classic manicure is the cosmetic treatment of the hands including trimming and filling of the nails, clean up of the cuticles, hand massage and finished with or without polish.
Spa Manicure
A Spa manicure incudes all the features of the classic manicure plus an added paraffin treatment.
Eyelash Tinting
This procedure tints natural eyelashes to look like there is a light coat of mascara on them.
